​Lissa's Journey began In 1995, when she began raising her family while working for a Fortune 500, global media company. She climbed the corporate ladder, while also pursuing her B.S. degree in Accounting.  She advanced to a Senior Management of Accounting position responsible for leading, mentoring and managing multiple, operational teams across the planet. Life was rewarding yet stressful, and she felt she needed to find a natural approach to managing stress.

In 2012, Lissa started to prioritize her self care.  She began receiving monthly massage therapy sessions, attending yoga and meditation classes and developing a daily meditation practice.  In 2014, she experienced her first Reiki session and it profoundly changed her life, igniting her awareness of her spiritual energy. She continued to receive Reiki sessions to learn how beliefs, experiences and trauma affect our energy centers and physical bodies.  

She was guided to receive her Reiki 1 Certification in 2015, Reiki 2 & Reiki 3 in 2016 and her natural spiritual gifts blossomed when she became a Certified Reiki Master and Vibrational Holographic Sound Healer in 2017.

In 2017, Lissa decided to leave her successful, corporate career of 22 years and follow her heart, passion and purpose creating HeartShine Healing on 1/11/2017.

 Her mission involves sharing and teaching these natural vibrational healing modalities, assisting Humanity with learning to live from their hearts to anchor into their authentic Higher Selves, and unifying the Collective Christ Consciousness.

  
Lissa expanded her toolbox of vibrational medicine by becoming a Dual Licensed Massage Therapist in CT & FL in 2018.  She continues to enhance her knowledge and facilitates multiple healing arts and offerings:
